I engage teams within organizations through a proprietary process called Creative Repatterning. This model provides teams with the skills to see problems from new angles and disrupt unproductive patterns, allowing a new constellation to emerge.

The outcome of this work is a team that can resolve conflicts, subgrouping, and triangulation; give and implement feedback productively, and operate as a cohesive and trusting unit.
